Why H2|HPL® Exists
Every meaningful shift toward a healthier, more intentional life begins with a moment that forces us to stop, reassess, and choose a different path.
H2|HPL® — Hydrogen Water: Health Plus Longevity® — exists to support that moment of awareness. We advocate for greater understanding, responsible education, and thoughtful adoption of hydrogen-rich water as part of a modern, holistic lifestyle.
The Turning Point
The journey behind H2|HPL® did not begin as a business concept. It began with a life-altering diagnosis.
In 2010, our founder(Tricity) was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. What followed was a long, physically and emotionally demanding period marked by repeated treatments, surgeries, and uncertainty.
Like many facing serious illness, there were moments of fear, confusion, and profound exhaustion — alongside determination to keep moving forward.
Despite periods of improvement, the path was not linear. Conventional treatments continued, yet lasting stability remained elusive. It became clear that survival alone was not enough — quality of life, resilience, and hope mattered just as deeply.
Discovery, Scepticism, and Choice
Several years into that journey, a chance encounter introduced hydrogen-rich water as a personal wellness practice. At the time, scepticism was natural. Expectations were low, and no assumptions were made.
Hydrogen-rich water was not viewed as a replacement for medical care, nor as a promise of recovery. It was simply a choice to explore an additional, non-invasive lifestyle element — thoughtfully and cautiously.
Over time, and alongside ongoing medical supervision, noticeable changes began to emerge. Within months, overall well-being improved. Gradually, stability followed.
Hydrogen-rich water became part of a personal journey that helped reshape health, outlook, and future.
We are careful to say this plainly: there is no claim of cure, no guarantee of outcome, and no assertion that the same experience will apply to others.
What exists is lived experience — responsibly shared.
Where We Stand Today
Today, our founder remains under regular medical supervision, continues prescribed maintenance treatments, and undergoes routine monitoring. She is officially in remission.
Hydrogen-rich water is not positioned here as medicine. It is presented as part of a broader lifestyle philosophy — one that values informed choice, personal responsibility, and long-term wellbeing.
That distinction matters.
Why We Share This

Because serious illness changes perspective. Because hope should not be monopolised by fear. Because people deserve access to information without exaggeration or pressure.
