Echo Clean converts tap water to hypochlorous acid, an effective disinfectant and wound cleaner that isn’t irritating to the skin or eyes like bleach or alcohol. The ground-breaking, multi-purpose cleaner is 80 times more effective than bleach and is a powerful microbicidal (destroys microbes such as bacteria) and antibiofilm (prevents microbe colonies from attaching to wounds).

How does Echo Clean work?

Fill Echo Clean with water. Add salt and shake till the salt combines. Run the cleaner for 1-3 cycles to activate electrolysis. Your 100% natural disinfectant is ready. 

Hypochlorous acid is a weak acid and is naturally produced by the body’s white blood cells. It was commonly used for wound irrigation during World War I. Studies have proven the efficacy of hypochlorous acid in promoting wound healing. As a surface disinfectant, hypochlorous acid destroys pathogens without damaging surfaces.
